CryoCor's proprietary technology, the CryoCor™ Cardiac Cryoablation System, treats cardiac arrhythmias by creating electrically isolating lesions using cold energy. Such treatments may enable patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and other cardiac arythmias to lead normal lives.

The CryoCor's product line consists of four integrated components: the cryoablation console, the articulating arm with attached precooler, the cryoablation catheter, and the vascular sheath introducer. Each product has been designed by CryoCor to optimize system safety and performance. Component compatibility simplifies set-up and reduces procedure time.

Clinical Experience
The patented system is CE Mark approved in Europe where it is commercially available for use in treating atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and other supraventricular tachycardias. In the United States, CryoCor has completed enrollment in a pivotal trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Cryoablation System for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and the Cryoablation System has been approved in the United States for the treatment of right atrial flutter.
