Home > Clinical Trials > Overview Overview CryoCor Clinical Trial – Atrial Fibrillation CryoCor is conducting a clinical trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the CryoCor Cryoablation System in the treatment of atrial fibrillation, the most frequently occurring cardiac arrhythmia. This trial is being conducted under an approval granted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Clinical trial sites are located throughout the U.S. The CryoCor Cryoablation System uses extremely cold temperatures to block conduction of abnormal electrical signals which cause atrial fibrillation.
